Howard Yegendorf, a founding partner with the Ottawa firm Yegendorf & Associates, focuses exclusively on personal injury law.

Mr. Yegendorf graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in political science from Concordia University in 1977, before earning his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa in 1980. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.

In addition, Mr. Yegendorf received the designation of Chartered Insurance Professional from the Insurance Institute of Canada in 2006.

With a focus on personal injury law for almost 30 years, Mr. Yegendorf is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. His experience extends to every level of court in Ontario, having pleaded cases in the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

As president of the Tamir Foundation, a non-profit agency delivering residential and in-home services to developmentally challenged adults in Ottawa, he takes pride in supporting the community through volunteer work.

Mr. Yegendorf is a member of the Carleton County Law Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and The Advocates’ Society.
